In this blog post, we will discuss three of these underrated leadership skills: Listening, Lowering, and Leaving.

When you delegate tasks, you show your team that you trust them and believe in their abilities. Furthermore, delegation fosters a sense of ownership and responsibility among your team members, which in turn leads to increased productivity and performance.
